The history of Domaine of the Manor

Subdivision of 23 lots bordering the Manoir and its grounds

The “Domaine du Manoir” development is part of an overall project to renovate and enhance a 5-hectare historic site.

The Manoir and its annexes are being extensively renovated to restore the buildings to their original state.

The wooded area and moats bordering the development are also being completely redesigned as a park, just as the property was at the end of the 19th century.

As a result, the lots that make up this development benefit fully from an exceptional green space bordered by a park to the east, hedgerows to the west, south and north, and a stream running through it.

The whole makes up a coherent and complementary real estate project. Its geographical location, close to the port and on the road to the beaches, defines this project as rare.
